• A binding scope, timeline, and fee are only agreed through: (a) a written proposal accepted by the client, and/or (b) a signed service agreement.

To provide services effectively, the client must provide accurate and timely information, including:

• Product requirements and specifications.
• Reference samples where applicable.
• Relevant supplier contact details.
• Any other information reasonably required to perform the agreed services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• (a) We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including loss of profit, loss of business, or reputational damage).
• (b) Our total liability for any claim connected to the services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the relevant service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or another amount agreed in writing).
• (c) We are not liable for failures caused by third parties (e.g., suppliers, carriers, laboratories) outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law (e.g., intentional misconduct).

All content on the Website (texts, branding, layout, images) is owned by or licensed to Juliano Solutions, unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse content without written permission.

Work product developed specifically for a client becomes the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If we exchange non-public information during enquiries or services, both parties must treat such information as confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Skopje, North Macedonia, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
